Selling licensing courses to strangers takes a face they can trust
RealEstateU sells career changes. Someone watching their ad is deciding whether to spend money and months becoming a licensed agent or mortgage loan originator. That decision does not get made by a logo animation; it gets made by a person who sounds like they know the industry.
The school needed promo creative for paid campaigns, plus orientation videos for the students who enrolled. They had the courses and the media budget. What they did not have was the on-camera presenter.
Presenter-led promos, built for paid from day one
I presented; we edited and delivered. The batch covered course promos for the MLO and licensing programs, six of them built specifically to run as ads, plus orientation videos to welcome new students into the courses.
Ad creative is a repeatable format problem. Once a style converts, the smart move is to run it again. One month after delivery, RealEstateU came back asking for three more videos in the same format as the MLO promos, and again a week later for more.
Nearly 6 million views, and the top four spots on the channel
Checked on 27 October 2026, the four promos hold 5,979,672 combined views: 1.91M, 1.87M, 1.72M and 478K. They are the four most-viewed videos RealEstateU has ever published, on a channel where the median upload sits at about 2,510 views.
An honest note on these numbers: the videos ran as YouTube ads, so the views were bought, not organic. What the view counts show is where RealEstateU chose to keep spending. When a performance buyer puts the budget behind the same creative again and again, and reorders the format by name, that is the result that matters.
