HR Tech Video Production

Your Product Is About People.
Your Videos Should Have One.

The problem

You sell to the people team. They can spot fake.

HR buyers judge the tone first

They sell trust to their own employees every day. A stiff explainer or an avatar tells them your product will feel the same.

Adoption is the real sale

The contract closes, then the rollout needs employees to actually use the thing. That takes video they will watch, not a PDF.

Every release needs a refresh

Feature launches, new integrations, policy changes. The library ages faster than anyone can re-record it.

HR software promises a better experience for people. A video without a person in it undercuts the promise before the demo starts.

What it is

Continuity is the product.
The face should be too.

Workvivo by Zoom is an employee experience platform used by companies including Amazon, Bupa and Ryanair. It has booked the same presenter ten times since 2023: 40+ videos, one face, and the top Short ran at 3.0x the channel median.

That's what HR software needs. Launch videos, onboarding and help content that look like they came from one team, because they did.

How it works

One face from the sale
to the rollout.

The same presenter in the demo, the onboarding and the release notes. That's how the trust carries over.

01

Product walkthrough

You show me the product and the rollout plan. I learn both before filming.

02

Script in, or written

You send the script, or we write it and you approve it before anything is filmed.

03

Batch shoot

Demos, onboarding and launch pieces grouped into one session, so the look stays consistent.

04

Cut, captioned, delivered

Edited and captioned. Days, not weeks. The schedule is agreed on the fit call.

05

Same face next quarter

The next release is the same presenter and the same look. That's the entire point.

The promise

Every video we make,
you'll actually use.

That's the promise. Here is what stands behind it.

01You approve the script before anything is filmed.
02If a video doesn't match the brief you approved, we rework it until it does.
03Your first end-to-end video comes with my personal backstop: if it misses completely, you get your money back.
Who it's for

HR, people-ops and employee experience software teams with a release calendar, and nobody in-house who wants to be on camera every quarter.

Not a fit if you need animated explainers or a narrated slide deck. This is a real person on screen.

Questions

Questions, answered

Do you only work with HR software companies?

No. The closest proof here is Workvivo, an employee experience platform, plus career-tech and L&D work. The approach is the same for any product sold to people teams.

Can the same presenter appear in our customer onboarding?

Yes, and it's the strongest version. The face a buyer met in the demo becomes the face their employees meet in the rollout.

Our features ship every month. How do we keep up?

Batches. Releases are grouped into regular sessions, and videos are shot in sections so one change doesn't mean a reshoot.

Who will my spokesperson be?

Usually me. If your audience or schedule calls for a different face, I cast from a small roster of presenters I trust. You meet and approve your spokesperson before you sign.

Do you use AI avatars?

No. Real human on screen, always. AI is used in editing and clipping, never as the face.

Other categories

Not your category?

The same approach, with the proof that fits: EdTech, MarTech, WorkTech, AI tooling, SecTech, FinTech, HealthTech, DevTech and LegalTech.

Send me the release calendar.

Tell me what's launching next quarter. I'll tell you how I would batch it.
