Security Training Video

Nobody Chose to Press Play
on Your Security Training.

Awareness modules, product training and threat explainers for security companies and the teams they protect. A captive audience is the least forgiving audience there is, which is why the presenter matters more here than anywhere.

The problem

Compulsory is not the same as watched.

They are required to be there

Which makes them the least forgiving audience you will ever produce for. Every weak second gets noticed, because nobody chose this.

The content is right and the delivery is not

Your material is accurate and current. It is also being read by a narrator over a slide, and the completion report shows what that costs.

Policy changes break the set

One rule updates and half the library is wrong, so the whole thing gets rebuilt or quietly left out of date.

You are judged on completion and retention, and both of those are decided by who is on screen long before they are decided by the script.

What it is

Mandatory is not the same
as watched.

Security training is the one category where attendance is compulsory. That sounds like an advantage and it is the opposite, because nobody in the audience chose to be there and every weak second is felt.

So the measure is not coverage, it is whether the module gets finished, whether anything survives contact with the next quarter, and whether the following one gets opened without a chase email from compliance.

Anagram has run one presenter across 111+ videos since 2023, reporting a 91% engagement rate and close to a million lifetime views inside their platform. Three years of evidence from one client beats a claim from ten.

What we make

What gets made.

01Awareness

Awareness and compliance modules

The recurring curriculum: phishing, social engineering, data handling, policy refreshers. Written to be understood once, not paused and skimmed.

  • Modular by design
  • Same face across the series
  • Recapture one module, not the set
02Product

Product and platform training

Training your customers on your own security product: setup, configuration, the console walkthrough, the parts support answers ten times a week.

  • Screen plus presenter
  • Mapped to support tickets
  • Updated as the product moves
03Explainers

Threat and concept explainers

The short pieces that make an abstract risk concrete for a non-technical audience. They get the most reuse, in marketing and in onboarding.

  • 60 to 180 seconds
  • Plain language
  • Built for reuse
04Onboarding

Onboarding and certification

The sequence a new employee or new customer moves through, built so it can be extended later without the presenter changing.

  • LMS-ready exports
  • Chapter markers
  • Consistent across cohorts

How it works

Policies change.
The library should not start over.

Everything is built modular, so a rule change costs one module rather than the whole curriculum.

01

Module list

We start from what has to be covered and by when, including anything with an audit or renewal date attached.

02

Script in, or written

You send the approved content. Where there is no script, we write one and you sign it off before filming.

03

Batch shoot

The whole set captured in one session, so module twelve looks like module one.

04

First cut in 3 days

Edited, captioned, chapter markers, LMS-ready. Three days for a standard module, or you pay nothing for it.

05

Recapture on change

When a policy or a threat changes, we re-record that module. The rest of the curriculum stays live.

The guarantee

First cut in 3 days,
or you pay nothing.

On every standard video. After that, revisions until it is right. On ads there is a second guarantee: beat your best ad or the re-shoot is free.

01You approve the script before anything is filmed.
02First cut lands within three days of the shoot, or that video is free.
03Two revision rounds are included, and I stay until it is right.
Who it's for

Security and compliance teams shipping training on a schedule, and security companies training their own customers.

Not a fit if you want animated characters or a voiceover over slides. Also not a fit if the training is not going to be maintained.

Questions

Questions, answered

Our training has to match a policy document word for word. Is that a problem?

No, that is the normal case. When the policy changes, we recapture the affected module rather than reshooting the curriculum.

Can you cover technical content accurately?

I read the material before filming so your team is not spending the shoot correcting pronunciation. If a topic needs your expert on screen instead, I will say so.

What about the modules we already have?

New work is matched to the existing look where that is possible. Where it is not, we agree which modules are worth re-recording.

How long does a module take?

First cut within three days for a standard module. Full curricula are scheduled as a batch, which is what makes a large library affordable.

Will our footage be used to train AI or clone the presenter?

No. No AI duplication of my likeness or voice, no voice cloning, no training a model on my face.

Other categories

Not your category?

The same approach, with the proof that fits: Fintech, Edtech, Martech and Workplace software.

Send me the module list.

Tell me what has to be covered and by when. I will tell you what I would shoot first.
