HealthTech Video Production

Health Is a Trust Purchase.
Put a Human on It.

Explainers, patient and customer education, and launch videos for health and wellness technology. Approved scripts, delivered word for word, by someone a viewer would trust with their health.

The problem

Accuracy and warmth, at the same time.

Review locks the script

Medical, legal and compliance reviewers sign off on exact wording. Most presenters improvise, and every change sends it back to review.

Your experts are the busiest people you have

Clinicians and specialists are the credible voices, and the least available to film.

Nobody reads the help article

Patients and customers skip the text. They will watch a calm person explain it in two minutes.

In health, the explanation is part of the product. If nobody trusts the person explaining it, the product never gets used properly.

What it is

Health content runs on trust,
and trust runs on faces.

MedShadow Foundation, a nonprofit that educates the public about medication side effects, put a presenter at the center of its YouTube series. Fifteen episodes in, the top video has passed 101,628 views.

Efunctional, an at-home lab testing brand, used the same approach for its brand explainer and three test explainers: food sensitivity, colon cancer screening and STD testing. Neither is a software company. Both show that a calm human explaining a health topic gets watched.

How it works

Built around your review process,
not around ours.

In health, the bottleneck is never the shoot. It's the review before it and the review after it.

01

Approved script in

You send the script your reviewers signed off. No paraphrasing, no ad libs.

02

Disclaimer map

We agree what has to appear on screen and where: disclaimers, sources, the end card.

03

Word-for-word shoot

Delivered exactly as approved, with a natural read, so review doesn't send it back.

04

Cut, captioned, delivered

Edited, captioned, disclaimers in place. Days, not weeks.

05

Re-record, not reshoot

When guidance changes, we re-record the affected section. The rest stays live.

The promise

Every video we make,
you'll actually use.

That's the promise. Here is what stands behind it.

01You approve the script before anything is filmed.
02If a video doesn't match the brief you approved, we rework it until it does.
03Your first end-to-end video comes with my personal backstop: if it misses completely, you get your money back.
Who it's for

Health and wellness technology, digital health and health-education teams with an approved script, and nobody clinical who has time to film.

Not a fit if you need a licensed clinician giving advice on camera. I am a presenter, not a doctor, and the script stays yours.

Questions

Questions, answered

Have you worked with healthtech software companies?

The health work here is health education and consumer health: MedShadow's channel and Efunctional's lab-test explainers. The approach carries straight over to health software, and I'll be upfront about that on the call.

Our scripts go through clinical and legal review. Can you work like that?

Yes. Word for word, no ad libs. If a reviewer changes something mid-project, we re-record that section.

Can you add disclaimers and sources on screen?

Yes. Lower thirds, end cards and full-screen disclaimer frames are routine. Tell us the wording and where it has to appear.

Are you a medical professional?

No. I'm the presenter, not the authority. Your experts own the content. I make sure people actually listen to it.

Do you use AI avatars?

No. Real human on screen, always. In health, that matters more than anywhere.

Other categories

Not your category?

The same approach, with the proof that fits: EdTech, MarTech, WorkTech, AI tooling, SecTech, FinTech, HRTech, DevTech and LegalTech.

Send me the approved script.

Tell me what has to be said and who has to sign off. I'll tell you how I would film it.
