A just-launched platform that needed a face and a firehose at the same time
A brand launching into a crowded trading market needs two things at once: a credible human face and volume. The founder initially asked for two videos per day. There was no in-house video team, no presenter, and a launch window that did not wait.
Then, mid-engagement, the brief changed: from maximum quantity to fewer, better videos with multiple versions cut for ad split testing. The pipeline had to absorb that pivot without dropping cadence.
Full production at launch speed: studio, home, and on-location, edited and delivered
This was full production. The client sent scripts and a complete brand kit; I presented every video across studio, home, and on-location setups, and our editing pipeline delivered finals, raws, and a voice track through a shared drive with a live Slack channel for feedback.
The dates tell the speed story. The kickoff call was on 8 December; the first raw camera files hit the drive on 13 December; the final long-forms landed on 12 January and the last shortform batch on 31 January. Thirty-three finished videos inside eight weeks, including the mid-stream pivot to split-test versions.
Instant approvals, a five-star review, and a pipeline that absorbed a strategy pivot
Approvals came back fast and clean, batch after batch. The engagement closed with a five-star review: "everything looked perfect, and we didn't have any comments. We will work together again in the future."
No ad metrics are claimed here. The videos were built for the client's paid social and organic channels, which are theirs. The verifiable record is the delivery: 33 finals in 8 weeks across two formats, with the raw files and version history in the shared production drive.
The client name is withheld at our discretion. The engagement record, files, and review are documented internally and available to prospective clients in a call. If you are launching and need volume with a consistent face, this is the pace the pipeline runs at.
