Enlightened LCS sells across a wide product range (ApplyMate, ConnectMate, PrepMate, ResumeMate, PhotoMate) and services like HiredPlus and the Employee-to-Consultant Program. Each product solves a different career-tech problem and speaks to a slightly different buyer. Omar Ahlmadi's team had the scripts dialed. The actual video output was flat. Generic delivery was burying the brand voice and softening the differentiation between the offers.

The fix needed to be more than swapping in a better presenter. Enlightened's brand is built on authenticity, so the same human voice had to carry across explainer videos for multiple distinct offers without sounding like a re-skinned template each time.
