Every format, a tight clock, and a booker who changed twice

Workvivo's marketing team produces a lot of short video: product explainers, integration walkthroughs, campaign Shorts, UGC-style paid social, and launch content. In 2024 they were also the only preferred migration partner for Workplace from Meta customers, which meant a burst of "migrate to Workvivo" content on a tight clock. In 2026 they launched Workvivo HQ, with day-in-the-life videos to run on LinkedIn and Meta.

The before state was a rotating cast. In the year leading up to September 2024 the channel published eleven long-form videos fronted by agency presenters and staff, and had no Shorts program at all; its first Shorts appeared in late August 2024. What they needed was not a production agency. Their team already writes the scripts and adds the graphics and music. They needed a consistent, natural US-accent presenter who could turn a brief into finished-looking raw footage in days, in whatever setting the campaign called for, and who would still be reachable when the person booking changed. Over three years, that person changed twice.

One presenter on call. Their brief in, raw files back in days.

The first booking, in June 2023, was a "How Workvivo Works" actor-to-camera video for a marketer on the performance marketing team. In 2024 Kieran, on the marketing team, picked up the relationship and the batches grew: three video ads in July, then the Workplace migration Shorts and a nine-video integration series in September and October. In 2025 came UGC-style IT videos, USP scripts, two YouTube ad reads, and a set of comms-assessment videos filmed outdoors on request. In 2026 Kieran booked three lo-fi day-in-the-life videos for the HQ launch, and when he changed roles, Workvivo's creative director picked it up within two months with four more IT-persona reads.

Every batch is raw footage. I film to their script in my home studio, or on the street or at a desk when the brief calls for a natural look, and hand over clean .mov or .mp4 files. Their team does the rest. Ten bookings, three bookers, 36 raw deliverables across eleven batches, roughly 40 individual videos once you count the Shorts compilations. Files typically land within days of the brief; the August 2026 batch went from scripts on the 10th to four finished videos in their Drive on the 14th.

Above the channel median, live in paid social in nine days, five stars on record

The after starts on YouTube. When the Workplace-from-Meta shutdown made Workvivo the only preferred migration partner, the channel went from eleven long-form videos a year to a full campaign footing, and its brand-new Shorts program needed faces on day one. Eight of my nine public videos carry that migration campaign. Against the channel's own baseline for the window, the same median math vidIQ uses for outlier scores, the "migration tool is LIVE" Short drew 719 views: three times the Shorts median and eighth of the 63 Shorts published that year. The "stress-free for IT teams" Short ran at 2.2 times the median, and the long-form "reach and engage" explainer at 1.8 times.

From 2025 the briefs moved to paid social, which is where most of this work now lives. One run is verifiable from the outside: a September 2025 comms-assessment video went live as a Facebook and Instagram lead-gen ad in five versions on 26 September, nine days after the batch was approved, and ranked in the top 20 by impressions among roughly 95 Workvivo video ads active in that window (Meta Ad Library). The June 2026 day-in-the-life videos for the Workvivo HQ launch and the August 2026 IT-persona batch were briefed to run on LinkedIn and Meta. Meta's library only keeps ads listable for about a year after they stop delivering in the EU, so the earlier paid runs no longer show; the contract titles ("3 x Workvivo Video ADs", "2 x Spokesperson videos for YouTube Ads") carry that record instead.

The relationship is the result. The rate per video doubled over the engagement, it survived two handovers inside Workvivo's team, three separate contracts closed with five-star reviews, and in June 2026 the brief that came with the HQ launch scripts asked about setting up a more regular cadence. Workvivo's own paid-social and pipeline metrics stay theirs; if they share them, this page will carry them.

Raw Footage Presenter FAQ

What does "raw footage" mean on a project like Workvivo?

Workvivo writes the scripts and adds graphics and music in-house. I am the presenter: I film to their brief and deliver clean raw files their team edits and publishes. It keeps their pace and their brand system intact.

Can you film outside a studio when the brief needs a natural look?

Yes. Workvivo asked for street and in-car backgrounds for one 2025 batch and a lo-fi home-office look for the 2026 HQ launch videos. The setting follows the brief; the delivery standard does not change.

How fast is a batch of two to nine videos?

On this engagement, batches of two to nine videos have landed within days of the brief. The August 2026 batch went from scripts on the 10th to four finished files in their Drive on the 14th.

What happens when our booker changes?

Nothing breaks. Workvivo has booked me through three different marketers over three years; the newest handover took two months and came with a fresh batch. Everything lives in a shared Deliverables folder, so continuity is built in.

Can you do this for our SaaS marketing team?

If your team already scripts and edits, adding a consistent presenter is the fastest way to ship more human video without adding headcount. Book a free strategy call and bring one script.
