Won't prospects prefer to hear from their rep?
They still do, on the call. The video handles the repeat answers so the call can go deeper.
The videos your reps would love to send: answers to the questions every buyer asks, a pitch that sounds right every time, and a face prospects recognize before the first call. I present them, and our team writes and edits.
A thank-you video I presented for Suite Solutions Group, sent after a prospect opts in.

Sales enablement videos are the videos a sales team uses to move deals: a pitch prospects can watch before the call, answers to the questions every buyer asks, demos, and follow-ups that handle the usual objections. With VideoRep, one presenter delivers all of them, so the message stays the same no matter which rep sends it.
Whichever option you pick, you get the presenter you approve, a free script review, 4K video, and lighting and sound set up for camera.
| Deliverable | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| The 80% video | The questions buyers ask on almost every sales call, answered in one video they watch before the call. |
| A pitch on video | The pitch your strongest rep gives, filmed once as a video sales letter. |
| Booking and thank-you videos | Short videos that confirm the call and say what happens next. |
| Objection videos | One short answer per objection, ready for a rep to drop into an email. |
| Edit and captions | End-to-End adds the full edit, captions and two rounds of changes. |
Teams with an in-house editor can take Raw Footage instead, back in 24 to 48 hours. All three options are laid out on the video production cost page.
First touch. A short presenter-led ad or intro clip that earns the click or the reply.
Before the call. The 80% video. Marcus Sheridan's idea: answer the questions buyers ask on most first calls, then send it before the meeting so the call starts further along.
After booking. A confirmation or thank-you video that says what happens next, there to lift show-up rate.
During evaluation. Explainers and demos for the people on the buying committee who never join the call.
Closing. Short objection answers and a recap of the pitch, so your champion can sell it internally.

DemandIQ is a B2B SaaS platform that builds sales and marketing tools for solar companies. Its funnel needed one strong long-form pitch and an ad to feed it, with the same face on both.
Austin Rosenbaum on DemandIQ's marketing team brought us in, with Dan Taro at Syroscape, the agency running the campaign, on the thread. I filmed against the same brand-aligned setup we had used for them in 2021.
The video sales letter ran five to ten minutes of scripted pitch: the conversation a rep would have, delivered the same way to every prospect. A presenter-led ad fed traffic into it, with hook variations so the paid team could test.
Syroscape published the account's numbers in its own case study: demo show rate up from under 40% to 76%, and 298 qualified leads from zero. Those results belong to the whole program. Our part was the human layer in it.
They do different jobs. Here is how they compare.
| Format | Pick it when | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|
| A presenter-led library | The same questions come up on most calls, and every prospect should hear the same answer. | A note that only makes sense for one account. |
| Personalized rep videos | A short, one-to-one message to a named prospect. | Quality and message change from rep to rep. |
| Screen-recorded demos | The buyer needs to see the product working. | Nobody to put a face to the company. |
| Live calls only | Deals are few and very large. | Your strongest answers live in a few people's heads. |
And an AI avatar? AI helps us make the video. It never stands in for the person in it. It speeds up scripting and editing, and a human checks every step. AI speeds up the work. The storytelling stays human.
Sales enablement is one of our B2B video production services. The long-form pitch itself is a video sales letter, and walkthroughs are product demos. For the strategy, read the VSL guide.
Make sending the video easier than typing the answer. Put the links where reps already work: email templates, the CRM and the booking confirmation. Name each video after the question it answers, so a rep can find the pricing answer in two seconds.
Start with the 80% video and the booking confirmation. Both go out automatically, so nobody has to remember. Then ask reps which questions they are tired of answering, and film those next.
Every row below is a real video we made, and each one does a single sales job.
| Video | Its job | Real example |
|---|---|---|
| Pitch on video | The full pitch, the same for every prospect | DemandIQ's five to ten minute VSL |
| Booking confirmation | Confirms the call and lifts attendance | The Elevation Group |
| Thank-you video | Says what happens next after opt-in | Suite Solutions and Verified Investing |
| Website explainer | Answers what you do before anyone talks | Suite Solutions' first video |
| Ads that feed the pitch | Bring cold prospects to the VSL | GNO Partners' 37 ads |
Suite Solutions Group, a NetSuite consultancy with no video at all, got seven presenter-led videos scripted, filmed and delivered in six days.
GNO Partners built 37 ads and a full VSL around one presenter after nobody on the team, the CEO included, was comfortable on camera.
All told: 250+ B2B brands, 1,000+ videos and a 100% job success record.

A finished End-to-End video runs up to $4,500 for up to 20 minutes. Most sales videos are far shorter, and a set of answers filmed in one session costs much less per video than one-off shoots.
A long VSL with custom motion graphics can move into Premium, which starts at $7,500.

Filming the brochure. Buyers want answers to their questions, not a tour of your features. Start from the questions reps hear most.
One long video for every stage. A cold prospect and a buyer about to sign need different videos.
Dodging the price question. If buyers always ask about cost, answer it on video. The questions you avoid are the ones buyers trust you for answering.
Leaving it in a folder. Videos reps can't find don't get sent. Put them in the templates.

They still do, on the call. The video handles the repeat answers so the call can go deeper.
Scripts are written from your reps' real answers, and you approve every word before filming.
Short, single-question videos are quick to refilm. Swap one answer without redoing the library.
They are licensed to you for the project, in writing, across your sales and marketing channels for that campaign.
The one your reps already use. You can host them on your website or a video host such as Vimeo or Wistia, and send links from email and the CRM. We deliver finished files, so the videos work on any of them.
An idea from Marcus Sheridan: one video that answers the questions buyers ask on most first sales calls, sent before the meeting.
As long as the question needs. A single objection answer can run under a minute, and a full pitch can run five to ten minutes, like DemandIQ's VSL.
Yes. A short founder intro can open the video, with the presenter handling the answers.
Most are short, so they sit at the low end of the End-to-End range of up to $4,500. The pricing section above has the rest.
Bring the questions your reps hear most. I'll show you which to film first and what it costs. Every video we make, you'll actually use.
