How Much Does a VideoRep Video Cost?

A finished End-to-End video from VideoRep runs up to $4,500 for a video of up to 20 minutes, and shorter videos cost less. Premium, with custom motion graphics, a second camera and a custom set, starts at $7,500. Raw Footage, for teams with their own editors, comes in below End-to-End. Batching several videos into one shoot lowers the price of each.

What moves the number

What Changes the Price of a B2B Video?

Length. The biggest single lever. A three-minute video and a twenty-minute one are different jobs, and the price follows the finished runtime.

Finish. Raw Footage, End-to-End or Premium. The step up is the edit, then custom design work beyond it.

Number of videos. Batching several scripts into one shoot spreads the set-up across them, so each video costs less than a one-off.

Set and look. The home studio looks are in the rate. A custom set or a location shoot adds to it.

Usage. Your license covers the project and its campaign, including shorts cut from it. TV, film or radio needs a separate license.

In every option

What Every Option Includes

These come with every option, Raw Footage included.

A presenter you approve

You meet and approve who goes on camera before anything is filmed.

A free script review

Send the script you have and we tighten it for the ear.

4K video

Filmed in 4K, so your editors can crop for vertical and wide formats.

Lighting and sound

Set up for camera on every shoot, so the footage is clean.

Alternate hooks

Written into the script and covered by the length, never a separate charge.

A real human on screen

AI helps with scripting and editing. It never stands in for the person in the video.

Per video or monthly

Is a Monthly Video Budget Cheaper Than Paying Per Video?

If you need videos every month, a monthly plan usually beats booking one at a time, because the rhythm and the batching bring each video down. Monthly plans have no lock-in. Longer plans cost less again; we price both ways on the fit call so you can compare.

If you need one video, pay per video. Nothing about the quality changes. How the monthly plan works has the details.

The guarantee

Every Video We Make, You'll Actually Use

The promise is simple: every video we make, you'll actually use. The fine print is short.

  • We rework every video until it matches the approved brief.
  • Premium work is rework-only.
  • Raw Footage carries one revision.
  • Work is watermarked until it is paid for.

Questions

Pricing Questions, Answered

What factors affect a SaaS video production budget?

Four do most of the work: how long the video runs, how finished it needs to be, how many videos you batch, and where it will run. A custom set or location adds to it. Everything else is detail.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We guarantee the work itself: every video is reworked until it matches the brief you approved. Premium work is rework-only, and Raw Footage carries one revision.

How much does a spokesperson video cost?

With us, a finished End-to-End spokesperson video runs up to $4,500 for up to 20 minutes, and shorter ones cost less. For market rates from freelancers to agencies, read how much a video spokesperson costs.

Why don't you publish a full rate card?

Because every quote is against a written brief, and two videos of the same length can need different amounts of work. The ranges here are real. The exact number comes from a fit call, usually within a day.

Is a monthly plan cheaper than paying per video?

For a regular flow of videos, usually yes, because batching and a set rhythm cost less per video. Monthly plans have no lock-in. Ask on the fit call and we will price both ways.

Do you charge extra for alternate hooks?

No. Alternate hooks are written into the script and covered by the length of the video.

When do I pay?

Work is watermarked until it is paid for. The payment terms go in writing with your quote.
