A nonprofit YouTube channel that needed real reach without the budget
MedShadow Foundation educates the public on medication side effects and long-term health impacts. They needed YouTube videos that felt human, educational, and trustworthy without the promotional tone of typical health content.
As a nonprofit, the budget was limited. The output had to be evergreen, ranking-friendly, and produced in formats that supported A/B testing.
Authentic presenter, multiple formats, in-house editing replaced
Presenter-led delivery in a natural studio setup that maintained relatability for sensitive health topics. Each video delivered in multiple formats (4K, 1080p, with and without music, with and without graphics) for testing flexibility.
We took on the editing layer too, removing MedShadow's need for external editors. Brand assets were integrated into every video for visual consistency across the channel.
"Eric and his team are awesome! They did an amazing job and definitely exceeded my expectations with the quality of production and professionalism."
Dante Steward. MedShadow FoundationOne video crossed 100K. Six others stack the channel's traffic.
MedShadow's top six VideoRep-produced episodes carry the channel's traffic. The Spleen Organ Health video crossed 101,628 views. Nine High Blood Pressure Medications grew almost 6x to 8,343 views. CoQ10 Benefits more than doubled to 6,184. Channel subscribers grew from 10,200 to 52,600 in the same window.
A repeatable pipeline a nonprofit team can sustain on a nonprofit budget. The channel keeps compounding because the videos keep ranking.
