The Monthly Video Plan:
A Video Production Subscription With No Lock-In
For B2B teams that need video every month, not once a year. You pick the videos, we make them, and you can stop with 30 days notice.
A thank-you video I presented for Main Street Connections, a professional services firm.
What Is a Video Production Subscription?
A video production subscription is a standing arrangement: a partner makes your videos every month on agreed terms, instead of quoting each one from scratch. Ours is the monthly plan. You pick the videos from the same menu as a one-off order, we make them start to finish, and you pay monthly with no lock-in, or prepay a quarter or a year for less.
Pay Monthly, or Prepay for Less
| Plan | How you pay | Price | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | Each month | The standard rate | None. Cancel with 30 days notice. |
| Quarterly | Prepaid for three months | Less than monthly | The quarter you prepaid |
| Annual | Prepaid for twelve months | Less than quarterly | The year you prepaid |
The plans are billing terms, nothing more. The videos, the presenter and the finish are the same whichever you choose. Exact rates come from a fit call, and how VideoRep pricing works explains what moves them.
What You Get Each Month
You pick the videos. There are no fixed packages. Each month you choose what gets made: the videos, their length and their finish, from Raw Footage to End-to-End or Premium.
We make them. Script to final cut, with the same presenter every month, so your audience gets to know one face.
Cutdowns ride along. Shorts and other cuts from the month's shoot can be added, so one session feeds the whole calendar.
You can stop. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The final month is paid.

Retainer vs One-Off Projects: Which Is Better for a B2B Brand?
Both work. The difference is how often you need video and how much you want to plan ahead.
| Monthly plan | One-off projects | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Teams that ship video every month | A single launch or a first test |
| How it is priced | From the menu, billed monthly or prepaid for less | From the menu, quoted per project |
| Batching | A regular rhythm makes batching easy, which lowers the cost of each video | Batching only within the project |
| Presenter | The same face every month | The same face, if you come back |
| Commitment | None on monthly; 30 days notice to stop | None beyond the project |
Not sure yet? The path we suggest is one video or a small test, then a batch, then the monthly plan once the videos are working.
Long-Running Video Partnerships
The monthly rhythm is how our longest client relationships run.
Simplify LLC kept the same presenter for 76 videos over three years.
Anagram's security awareness library passed 111 videos in three years.
Workvivo by Zoom has booked 10 times since 2023, and its 2026 brief asked about setting up a more regular cadence.

Who the Monthly Plan Is For
A good fit
- B2B teams with a content calendar and nobody to put on camera.
- Training teams adding to a library every month.
- Growth teams testing new ad hooks on a rhythm.
- Agencies that need a presenter for client work every month. See VideoRep for Agencies.
Not a fit yet
- You need one video. Order it on its own.
- You haven't tested video yet. Start with a small test.
- You want weekly packages with a fixed count. We price from the menu instead.
Monthly Plan Questions, Answered
What is a video production subscription?
A standing arrangement where a production partner makes your videos every month on agreed terms, instead of quoting each one from scratch. With us it is the monthly plan: you pick the videos, we make them, and you pay monthly or prepay for longer.
Is there a lock-in?
No. The monthly plan has no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice; the final month is paid.
Can I pause or change the videos in a monthly plan?
You choose what gets made each month from the same menu as everyone else, so the mix can change from month to month. To stop, give 30 days notice.
How many videos do I get per month?
As many as you choose. There are no fixed packages: you pick the videos, their length and their finish, and the month is priced from that.
Do quarterly and annual plans cost less?
Yes. Prepaying for a quarter or a year costs less than paying month to month. We price all three on the fit call so you can compare.
Is the quality different on a plan?
No. Every video is made the same way, with the same presenter and the same promise: every video we make, you'll actually use.
