A global workforce, an internal academy, and 20-minute scripts that need one steady face
INFUSE trains a global workforce through INFUSE Academy, an internal course library covering the disciplines the company sells: omnichannel marketing, lead nurturing, email, events, landing pages, and video itself. Course lessons run ten to thirty minutes of scripted material each. That is long-form, teleprompter-grade presenting, not an ad read.
An internal academy lives or dies on consistency. They needed the same credible face on every lesson, across courses, across years, without building a studio or hiring talent in-house.
Their scripts, their edit, one presenter on green screen for three years
This was a raw-footage engagement. INFUSE Academy sent the course scripts; I filmed 4K green-screen raw footage in my studio, with separate audio tracks, and their team edited, branded, and published internally. When scripts changed, reshoots shipped free through the same pipeline.
Eight contracts ran between September 2022 and March 2025, all through the same hiring manager. Turnarounds tightened as trust built: the March 2025 batch was hired on the 12th and approved on the 13th, because the lessons were already filmed ahead of time. By December 2024 the client was releasing payment before internal review had even finished.
Seven named courses, one face, and payment released on trust
The verified delivery record: 33 course lessons across 12 milestones, spanning at least seven named courses from Omnichannel Marketing through Video in B2B Marketing. Eight repeat contracts over three years, all from the same manager, closing with a five-star review: "Fantastic job! Eric's professionalism and attention to detail are impeccable. The quality of the videos exceeded our expectations, and the timely delivery was much appreciated."
Course completion metrics live inside INFUSE learning systems and stay theirs. The public-facing proof is the pattern: an enterprise-scale company kept renewing the same presenter for its internal academy until the content library was built.
The lessons are internal content, so there are no public embeds to show. The engagement is documented milestone by milestone in the shared production drive. If you are building a course library and need one face to carry it, that record is the proof.
