On Camera
Confidence.
The Pillar.
Coaching the founder, SME, or marketing lead to be comfortable on camera without fake polish.
The territory.
The proof. The playbook.
Most B2B founders know video converts. They just can't make themselves hit record. The expertise is real. The product is real. The willingness to be the face is the bottleneck.
This pillar covers the coaching path. Why people hate watching themselves. The interview-style capture method that gets responses instead of monologues. Eye contact, pacing, voice mechanics. The five camera-shy patterns we see in 80% of founders, with the specific fix for each one. How to go from terrified to publishing weekly without faking it.

Real questions B2B buyers ask
before working with us.
What if our founder hates being on camera?
That's most of our coaching clients at the first call. The interview-style method is designed for exactly this: the founder responds to questions instead of performing a monologue. Most founders are publishing weekly within 30 to 60 days.
How long does coaching take to make a founder camera-confident?
Three to six sessions covers the core fix for most founders. The pattern recognition (which of 5 archetypes you fit) happens in session one. The technical fix happens in session two. Sessions three onward are repetition and refinement.
Why do I hate watching myself on camera?
Two real reasons. First, the audio-visual feedback loop is genuinely uncanny. Your voice sounds nothing like you think it does. Second, perfectionism kicks in because watching is a low-stakes evaluation moment. The fix isn't 'learn to like it,' it's 'stop watching the rehearsal and ship the real one.'
Is this coaching for B2C creators or B2B founders?
Strictly B2B founders, SMEs, and marketing leads. The performance bar for B2B is different (expertise > entertainment). The fix patterns are different. We don't coach for TikTok dances.
