A Hungarian HQ, a U.S. audience, and no face to bridge them
OptiMonk's content team is in Hungary. Their growth audience is in the U.S. They had strong scripts, smart marketing, and a sharp internal video team. The one thing missing was the face: a confident North American presenter who could carry their message into U.S. feeds.
They knew exactly what they wanted. Inspired by Marcus Sheridan's They Ask, You Answer, OptiMonk set out to ship short, education-led video at scale. That takes a presenter who delivers finished on-camera reads their internal editors can publish without rework.
The missing on-camera layer, plugged straight into their pipeline
I became OptiMonk's dedicated U.S. presenter. Native English delivery, SaaS-aware tone. Their team handled scripts and edits. I handled the on-camera layer.
The work went everywhere. Over the engagement we delivered 30+ videos across marketing, sales enablement, ops, customer support, and internal training: short-form education for social, product feature explainers, ad creative, and tactic-library scripts feeding both internal teams and external campaigns.

"Working with Eric has been an absolute pleasure. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to our projects, consistently delivering work of the highest quality."
Barbara Bartucz. OptiMonk4 of the top 9 uploads. 60K+ views on the leader. Still compounding 3 years later.
Three years after we wrapped, the most-watched long-form video on OptiMonk's channel is still ours. 60,000+ views and counting, at 94 times the channel's long-form median for its year. Four of the nine most-viewed uploads of all time are VideoRep productions: 17.5% of the channel's lifetime views from 7.3% of its uploads.
That is the test of human-led video. Not the spike on launch day. The compounding reach three years later, when templated content would have been recycled five times over. OptiMonk's U.S. expansion landed because the videos kept earning attention long after we stopped shooting.
