Can you film inside our product environment?

Yes. We work with screen recordings of your product, plus presenter-led commentary. Most product video shoots are presenter to camera with the product as cutaways, so the human stays as the trust signal and the product is in support.

Will the videos work in our help center and in-product?

Yes. Multi-format exports are baked in. MP4 for help-center, lightweight cuts for in-product overlays, full-resolution for marketing surfaces. All hosted on Vimeo or yours, your call.

Who is on camera?

Eric, in most cases. Some clients prefer the videos to be voiced by a vetted presenter who matches their product persona. You see the casting before we shoot, never after.

Do you handle the help-center system itself?

We deliver the video. We don't operate your help-center stack (Intercom, Pendo, Userpilot, etc.) for you. We can recommend specialists who do, and we'll deliver the assets ready for embed.

What about updates when our product changes?

Light updates inside scope are covered. Major version changes usually mean a refresh shoot, which we scope honestly. We'll plan a quarterly or semi-annual refresh cadence so the library stays current.
