YouTube
for B2B.
The Pillar.

How B2B brands rank for buyer-intent keywords on YouTube and turn views into pipeline.

What this pillar covers

The territory.
The proof. The playbook.

Most B2B YouTube channels chase subscribers and discover, three years in, that none of the views are buyers. We build channels for the opposite outcome. Pipeline first, subscribers second.

This pillar covers the channel-as-asset model. Long-form pillar videos that rank for buying-stage keywords. Title and thumbnail formulas built for B2B click intent. Schema, end screens, and the boring SEO mechanics that compound. How one consistent channel becomes the marketing infrastructure that pays out for years.

Common questions

Real questions B2B buyers ask
before working with us.

How long does it take a B2B YouTube channel to drive pipeline?

Channels built for buyer-intent keywords start ranking inside 90 to 180 days. Simplify LLC ran the full system across 76 videos and 3 years to rank for their target keywords. The compounding starts faster than most agencies admit, but the pipeline payoff is months out.

What's the right video length for B2B YouTube?

Long-form pillar videos for ranking are 16 to 35 minutes. Medium-form for specific buyer questions is 12 to 15 minutes. YouTube Shorts (vertical 30 to 60 seconds) is the discovery layer. The mix depends on the funnel stage you're filling.

Should we chase subscribers or pipeline?

Pipeline. Subscriber growth is the wrong metric for B2B SaaS. A 500-subscriber channel with the right videos out-converts a 100,000-subscriber channel with the wrong ones. We measure demo requests and qualified pipeline, not subs.

Do you handle YouTube SEO scripting?

Yes. Title formulas, descriptions, chapters, end screens, schema markup, and the script itself are all part of the engagement. Most agencies hand off scripts; we own the SEO surface.
