The Fractional partnership wraps the three paths into a single ongoing engagement. Mix and match against what your team actually needs, month by month.

How embedded works

Inside your ops.
Not at the edge.

Embedded means we operate like a member of your team. Same tools. Same standups. Same clarity on what's shipping and when.

  1. Embed
    Step 1

We join your Slack, your Notion, your sprint cycle. Same standups, same source of truth, same ownership.

  2. Plan
    Step 2

Monthly or quarterly planning against your roadmap. Video deliverables tied to real campaigns, products, and learning moments.

  3. Produce
    Step 3

Batch shoots and rolling production. Same templates each cycle so the cost-per-asset comes down as the engagement matures.

  4. Compound
    Step 4

Months in, the library compounds. Less briefing, faster cycles, lower cost per asset, real continuity across your customer journey.

What it is

A named human inside your team.
Not a vendor at the gate.

The Fractional Video Partner is an ongoing engagement where we operate as part of your team rather than a queue you submit briefs to. A named human running your video output, with the rest of our team behind them on production, editing, and distribution support.

Custom-scoped against what your funnel, product, or content engine actually needs. From a handful of videos a month for a small B2B SaaS team to enterprise-scale batch production for global brands. The engagement structure is the same, the volume scales to match.

Framed as ongoing support inside your team, not a monthly retainer at the edge. The difference shows up in how briefs flow, how work gets prioritized, and how decisions get made. We're inside the org chart, not outside the gate.

Who it's for

Marketing, growth, and content leaders who want a partner inside their ops, not a vendor queue, and need ongoing video output the team can rely on month to month.

Proof, not promises

Engagements that compound.
Libraries that pay back.

How it works

Five steps. Embedded inside your team. Compounding over months.

Built so a fractional engagement starts faster than a hire and pays back like an embedded specialist.

01

Scoping call

We map your roadmap, your team, your gap. Decide what mix of Coach, Build, and Present makes sense for the first quarter.

02

Embed kickoff

We join your Slack, your Notion, your sprint cycle. Same source of truth, same standups, same prioritization.

03

First batch

First production cycle in week one. Funnel, product, training, content, whichever is highest priority. Templates locked.

04

Rolling cadence

Monthly or quarterly cycles. Same templates, faster turnarounds, lower cost per asset as the engagement matures.

05

Quarterly reviews

Real reviews against pipeline, support load, content reach. Adjust scope, add formats, retire what isn't compounding.

The partnership guarantee

Quarterly reviews.
No hostage retainers.

Every quarter we review the engagement against pipeline, support load, and content reach. If the work isn't compounding, we adjust scope or you walk. No multi-year lock-ins, no hostage retainers. Engagements stay because they keep paying back, not because the contract trapped you.

01We benchmark the metrics that matter to your team at kickoff.
02We review every quarter against those numbers, openly.
03If the work isn't compounding, you adjust scope or walk. No lock-in.
Common questions

Asked before. Answered straight.

How is this different from a monthly retainer?

Structurally, the cadence is similar. Operationally, it's the difference between a vendor outside the gate and a partner inside the team. We embed in your tools, attend your standups, prioritize work against your roadmap, and review quarterly. Most retainers are submit-a-brief workflows. This isn't.

What's the minimum engagement length?

Three months. Anything shorter and the engagement doesn't have time to compound. After the first quarter we go quarter to quarter. No multi-year lock-ins. The engagement stays because it's paying back.

Do you work with our existing video, design, or content team?

Yes. Most of our fractional engagements run alongside an internal team. We layer in the missing capability (presenter, system design, batch production) without replacing what's working. The tighter the integration with your team, the better the engagement performs.

Can the scope change month to month?

Yes. We plan in monthly or quarterly cycles. Roadmap shifts, campaign launches, product changes, all of these reshape the next cycle's priority list. We adapt with the team, not against the contract.

Who is on camera across the engagement?

A mix. Eric on most marketing surfaces, your founder or SME on credibility-led content (with our coaching), and vetted presenters from our network where the audience needs a different fit. Casting decisions happen at planning time, not last minute.

What does it cost?

We scope cost on the strategy call once we understand the volume, the mix of Coach / Build / Present, and the team integration depth. The call is free and there's no obligation.
